With foot, press the red power pedal,
to turn off unit and then unplug.

Release collection tank latches (on
each side) by pulling up from the
bottom of latch and then out.

Return both tanks to the machine and
plug into a proper outlet.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of fi re and electric shock when cleaning a hard fl oor, the BISSELL hard
fl oor tool must be used and it must only be used with BISSELL 2X Hard Floor Solutions
cleaning fl uid intended for use with this appliance.

Remove the clean water

tank by lifting straight
up and away from
lower body.
Remove any carpet
cleaning solution
remaining in the tank
then rinse out thoroughly
with clean tap water.
Refill tank with BISSELL
2X Hard Floor Solutions
and water following the
"Fill Clean Water Tank"
instructions on page 7
and set aside.

Attach the hard floor tool by hooking it
into the front of the nozzle. Rotate down
until it snaps into place.

Follow the "Cleaning Pass" instructions
on the previous page (page 8, step 5).
