7. Slide female coupling C into the side opening on both
sides with the smooth side facing upward.
8. Place tube clamp B over the drive tube.
Make sure that the raised surface of the tube clamp
faces the upper end of the backrest.
9. Use screws E and washers D to fix the tube clamp
(torque 4.2 Nm).
ORCA / ORCA XL:
10. Place the right and left bolts L into the backrest and
secure them with circlips K.
IMPORTANT!
– Make sure that the "R" or "L" on the bolts
faces upward.
– Make sure that the flat sides of the circlips
face outwards.
11. Use a circlip ring pliers to fit one side of the circlip ring
on the axle or use the existing axle I with a fitted
circlip ring.
12. Place roller J in the groove of the spindle foot (ORCA
/ ORCA XL).
13. Slide the axle through the opening in the spindle foot
and roller and secure with a second circlip ring H.
IMPORTANT!
– Ensure that the circlip ring engages
correctly.
ORCA F:
1590348-A
14. Attach the hand control and extend the spindle foot
10 cm. Place the right and left bolts into the backrest
and secure them with the circlips. The flat sides of the
circlips face inward. Retract the spindle foot again. The
bolts are drawn in again automatically.
15. Use a circlip ring pliers to fit one side of the circlip ring
on the axle or use the existing axle I with a fitted
circlip ring.
16. Slide the axle through the opening in the spindle foot
and secure with a second circlip ring H.
IMPORTANT!
– Ensure that the circlip ring engages
correctly.

carried out.
– Replace the bolts C and locking bolts E every
