Permits DATA statements to be re-read either
from the beginning of the internal data file or
from a specified line.
RESTORE [linenum]
must be the line number of a DATA statement
After a RESTORE statement is executed, the
next READ statement accesses the first item
in the first DATA statement in the program. If
"linenum" is specified, the next READ
statement accesses the first data item in the
specified DATA statement.
