<4> Place Drive Offline
Set the selected Physical Device to offline, and disconnect it from the Virtual Drive.
This is available when the selected Physical Device is in the online status (displayed as Online).
<5> Place Drive Online
Set the selected Physical Device to online, and install it to the Virtual Drive.
This is available when the selected Physical Device is in the offline status (displayed as Offline).

PD Mgmt
"PD Mgmt" enables you to check the information on the Physical Device, and to perform the operation for the
Physical Device.

Physical Devices connected with the controller are displayed in a list.
Slot
The number of the connected slot is displayed starting with 0. The 2-digit number at the tail end indicates the slot
number.
Type
Indicates interface of the connected Physical Device.

SAS
SATA
SSD-SAS
SSD-SATA
Tips
The slot number corresponds to the number on the Physical Device bay.
The sequence of the Physical Device varies depending on the RAID system
configuration. They are not displayed in the order of the slot due to the
specifications of this RAID controller.
Only the 2-digit slot number at the tail end may be displayed depending on the
server.
Description
Indicates Physical Device is SAS HDD.
Indicates Physical Device is SATA HDD.
Indicates Physical Device is SAS SSD.
Indicates Physical Device is SATA HDD.
