When recording is finished
Remove the MD. "TOC Write" flashes and
the recorded contents are memorized on the
MD.
While "TOC Write" is flashing
Do not move the unit or pull out the AC
power cord to ensure complete recording.
The deck updates the Table of Contents
(TOC) while "TOC" is flashing.
Tip
If noise is heard while recording an AM (MW/LW,
MW/SW) radio station, reorient the AM loop
antenna to reduce the noise.
Note
If "MD Protected" appears, the MD is protected
against erasure and cannot be recorded. Press
MD 6 to eject the MD, then slide the tab on the side
of the MD to close the slot (see page 33).
