Action
Use the navigation keys and push to set
the first row, trigger event, to Timer. Push
to return to the top of the Trigger Setup menu and
ensure that the Trigger Event is set to Timer.
Use the navigation keys to move to the second
row labeled Timer, and set the Timer to 20 μS.
Push to return to the top of the Trigger
Setup menu.
Select Triggers / Arm (Count) and set to 10,000.
Set Delay to zero.
Set Holdoff to 0 s.
Push twice
Push to start the acquisition.
When the capture and transfer bars turn from white to green the data has been
captured and can be analyzed with or exported to an external memory
device for analysis elsewhere. To export the data to a file, push to
access data transfer options. See the screen below:

The sample rate is equal to 1/Timer, or 50 kHz
Count determines the number of samples that will
be taken. The count of 10 000 will cause 10 000
samples to trigger before the Trigger subsystem
returns to the Idle state.
Setting Delay to zero ensures that if Delay and
Holdoff settings add to more than the trigger
period, they would cause the trigger rate to be
slower than 1/Timer.
The holdoff period occurs after the acquisition
starts but if longer than the trigger interval, it
causes the trigger rate to be slower than 1/Timer.
Returns to the Digitize function.
The Product captures 10,000 readings and saves
data to memory.
