5. System Status:
The traffic mode is annunciated in the upper left corner
of the Traffic Map Page (Figure 7-6). If the traffic unit
fails, an annunciation as to the cause of the failure is
shown in the center of the Traffic Map Page (Figure 7-
6). During a failure condition, the Operating Mode
cannot be selected.
The annunciations to indicate the status of the traffic
information appear in a banner at the lower left corner
of maps on which traffic can be displayed.
