INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING CERTIFICATE
This is to certify that M/s BOSCH LIMITED, have completed the installation and commissioning of
the following systems to our satisfaction. The satisfactory working of the system will be informed
within three days considering the weather conditions prevailing over the site.

Checklist for (before) commissioning the system
Check and confirm air vent at hot water out let is provided
Check and confirm the cold water supply pipeline and hot water supply pipeline is duly supported
Check and confirm the overall system installation is as per the instructions given in the manual
Note to the Customer: if the system is not commissioned as on the above date due to any reason,
you have to ensure the above three points before commissioning of the system. Clarify if you have
any doubt with the undersigned representative who had installed the system. BOSCH LIMITED will
not be responsible for any wrong installation during the plumbing thereafter.
