No fixed temperature guarantee can be given to the hot water generated by solar water heating system, as
it entirely depends upon solar radiation, geographical & climatic conditions.

In case of doubts in interpretation of terms and conditions of the warranty, the customer is requested to
seek clarification from the company (
final in all such queries.

Bosch is not liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or failure of
system to perform as warranted. The total liability of the company is limited to purchase value of the product
sold to the customer.

This Warranty is valid for Products and Equipment of the Bosch brand that have been purchased and
installed in the Republic of India.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is not applicable is any of the following cases
-
The Original warranty certificate is not presented to the company / authorized dealer at the time of repair or
servicing.

The system is not installed and not used according to the instructions given in the user manual.

Defects or faults, which in the opinion of the company are due to misuse or neglect or accident or due to
force majeure

Damages caused due to modifications / alteration of the system by customer or unauthorized persons

If the quality of
permissible limits for a particular system)

If the inlet water pressure is more than the permissible limits.

Damages caused by use of accessories or spare parts that are not the ones determined by the Bosch.

Damages caused by external agents (animals), atmospheric or natural calamities (strong rain, hail,
thunderstorms, lightening, earthquake etc.), vandalism, urban confrontation or any type of armed conflicts

Damages caused during transportation which is not performed by Bosch.

The warranty does not cover for the following items
Glass and plastic parts
o
Rubber Items like gaskets, grommets washers etc.
o
Consumables like fasteners, sacrificial anode etc.
o
Mounting structure and accessories.
o
The products with manufacturing faults covered by Warranty are either repaired or replaced within a reasonable time
frame.
Any disputes shall be subjected to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
