Power supply with power-OFF: Without on-site load disconnection

The power-OFF signal is connected directly to the heat
pump control unit; with heat pump cascades the con-
nection is only made at the lead heat pump.
Parameter "Output for instant. heating water heater
at power-OFF 790A" determines whether and at what
stage an instantaneous heating water heater (if instal-
led) remains operational during power-OFF.
Note
Observe the technical connection conditions of the rel-
evant power supply utility.
Power supply with power-OFF: With on-site load disconnection
The power-OFF signal is connected to the on-site con-
tactor of the economy tariff power supply and to the
heat pump control unit.
With heat pump cascades, the power-OFF signal must
be connected to all heat pumps in parallel and in the
same phase. An additional contactor relay is required
for this: See page 53.
The compressor and instantaneous heating water
heater (if installed) are "forced" off when power-OFF is
active.
Note
Observe the technical connection conditions of the rel-
evant power supply utility.
