Communication Fault:
E6, Indoor unit.
Indoor Standby LED, flash 6 times.
Green LED, Outdoor unit off.
# If applicable, disconnect the DRED (Demand Response Enabled Device) or also known as a (Peak
Smart Meter) connecting network cable plug, located at the rear corner of the indoor unit (behind the
terminal block). Refer attached photo:
Note: If this rectifies the "E6" (Communication) fault, inform the customer there is a problem with the
DRED system, not the air/con in question, & to contact their local energy provider.
Note: If "E6" (Communication) fault still exists, continue to the next page.
