What is an "InfoLITHIUIVI" battery
pack?
An "InfoLITHIUM"
battery
pack
is a
lithiumqon
battery
pack that has functions
for communicating
information
related
to
operating
conditiotts
between
your
camcorder
and an optional
AC Adaptor/
charger.
The "InfoLITHIUM"
battery
pack
calculates
the power
consumption
according
to the operating
conditions
of
your camcorder,
and displays
the remaining
battery
time in minutes.
With an AC Adaptor/charger.
the remaining
battery
time and charging
time appear.
To chargethe battery pack
• Bc sure to charge the baltel T pack belorc you
shirt
rising

eaglcorder.
• We recommend charging d_e battely pack in an
ambient temperamrc
of between 10 °C lo 30 °C

• Be sure to set the POWER switch to OFF

your camcorder. The battery pack is also

when
your

standby or playback pause.
• Have spare battel T packs ready fftr two or tllree
times the expected recording time. and make
trial recordings belorc making die actual
recording.

• Whcn the power goes off even though the
remaining battel T time indicator indicates that
the battery pack has enough power to operate,
charge the battery pack ftflly again. Remaining
battery time will be indicated correctly. Note,
however, that the battcry indication will not be
restored if it is used in high temperatures
tot a
long time. or if left in a fully charged state, or
wllen file battery pack is hequently
used. Use
the remaining baltel T lime indication as a rough
guide only.
• The c\] mark that indicates low battery flashes
even if there are still 5 to 10 minutes of battery
time remaining, depending on the operating
condilions
