nnnnn – frequency in MHz
11 digit value
nnnnnnnnnnn – frequency in Hertz
If the frequency is a five (5) digit value, then the frequency is in MHz. If the frequency is an 11 digit
value, then the frequency is in Hertz. For example, 00137 is 137.000 MHz, where 00163275000 is
163.275 MHz.
