Close the locks by pressing the keys.

Open up the rotating flap and turn it until
the closing anchor is open.

Tilt the whole mechanism inwards. Turn
the flap in the opposite direction and pay
attention that the anchor pulls the case
closed. Fold the rotating flap inwards.

Place the bike case upright and tie a lash-
ing strap around the bike case. This means
that if the locks fail, the B&W lashing strap
still holds the freight together.

Insert your business card or a note with
your address in the little address pocket.

Lock the bike case.
Please generally check before travelling by
a
air with your bike in the bike case whether
damage to the frame or other components
can occur due to vibrations or gravita-
tional forces during transport. Therefore,
please do not place any loose objects
or tools in the bike case and you should
decide yourself whether it is necessary to
use additional padding material.
Please note that a bike case weighing
i
more than 30 kg may not be transported
by the airline. Inform yourself in good time
before departure.

Assembly on arrival

Assemble the bike in the reverse order to dis-
mantling.
