DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
1. Top Cover (Time required: About 2 minutes)
1-1 Remove the eleven (11) screws marked [500]. The
top cover can then be removed. (Fig.1)

2. DC Circuit Board
(Time required: About 4 minutes)
2-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
2-2 Remove the nine (9) screws marked [110] and the
screw marked [115]. The DC circuit board can then
be removed with the diode stack. (Photo.1)
2-3 Remove the diode stack (D401) soldered to the DC
circuit board. (Photo.1)
The diode stack is not part of the DC circuit board.
When you replace the DC circuit board, you should
remove the diode stack from the DC circuit board,
and install in the new DC circuit board.
3. Power Transformer
(Time required: About 2 minutes)
3-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
3-2 Remove the hexagonal nut marked [A]. The power
transformer can then be removed. (Photo.1)
4. IN Circuit Board
(Time required: About 4 minutes)

4-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
4-2 Remove the four (4) screws marked [290], the two
(2) screws marked [330] and the two (2) hexagonal
nuts marked [B]. The IN circuit board can then be

1-1 [500]のネジ11本を外して、 トップカバーを外しま
す。 （図 1）

2. DC シート（所要時間：約 4 分）
2-1 トップカバーを外します。 （1 項参照）
2-2 [110]のネジ9本と[115]のネジ1本を外して、 ダイオー
ドスタックと共に DC シートを外します。 （写真 1）
2-3 DCシートに半田付けされているダイオードスタッ
ク （D401） を外します。 （写真 1）
※ ダイオードスタックは、 DCシートの構成部品では
ありません。 DCシートを交換する際には、 DCシー
トからダイオードスタックを取り外して、新しい
DC シートに取り付けてください。
3. 電源トランス（所要時間：約 2 分）
3-1 トップカバーを外します。 （1 項参照）
3-2 [A]の六角ナット 1 個を外して、電源トランスを外
します。 （写真 1）
4. IN シート（所要時間：約 4 分）
4-1 トップカバーを外します。 （1 項参照）
4-2 [290]のネジ4本と[330]のネジ2本、 [B]の六角ナット
2 個を外して、IN シートを外します。 （写真 1, 2, 3）
