4 Rudder
1. Installation of Rudder

● There are four holes in the
vertical tail and Rudder
where Hinge enters.

● Grease up to the moving part of
the hinge.
● Do not allow grease to adhere to
the insertion part.

● Attach the rudder to the hinges
with Epoxy glue.
● Hinge
＜ Rudder ＞
！ Attention to the axial
direction of the hinge.
！ Epoxy adhesive should not
adhere to moving parts.
！ Do not allow grease to adhere
to the insertion part.

● Hinge

● After the adhesion has dried, pour a suitable amount
of Epoxy glue into the hinge hole of the wing and
insert aileron into the wing.
Clearance is needed.
！ Epoxy adhesive
● Move the rudder after drying. Check that the
rudder is securely attached.
● R u f f u p t h e c e n t e r o f t h e
control horn with sandpaper to
help the glue stick to the horn.
● Cut the film of Horn guide
attachment part and peel off.

● Horn guide
No Clearance
should not adhere
to moving parts.
