Error checklist

Problem
No display on the display panel Accupack is flat or batteries are flat.
Receiver: No RF signal
Receiver: RF signal available,
but no audio signal
Microphone signal has a high
level of background noise
Line signal has a high level of
background noise
Microphone signal is distorted
Line signal is distorted
No access to a certain channel
If problems occur that are not listed in the above table or if the problems cannot be solved with the proposed
solutions, please contact your technical expert for assistance.

Possible cause
Transmitter and receiver are not
on the same channel/frequency.
The transmitter is out of range.
The transmitter's microphone is muted
("MUTE").
The transmitter's microphone
sensitivity is adjusted too low.
The transmitter's line sensitivity is
adjusted too low.
The transmitter's microphone signal
interferes with the line signal.
The transmitter's microphone
sensitivity is adjusted too high.
The transmitter's line sensitivity is
adjusted too high.
The channel has not been released.
Possible solution
Recharge the accupack or
replace the batteries.
Set transmitter and receiver to the
same channel. Check if the frequency is
the same. If this is not the case, set
transmitter and receiver to a different
channel.
Reduce the distance between
transmitter and receiver.
The technical expert must check the
squelch threshold setting.
Deactivate the muting function.
Via the "SENSIT (MIC)" menu, increase
the microphone sensitivity.
Via the "SENSIT (LINE)" menu, increase
the line sensitivity.
Mute the transmitter's microphone
("MUTE").
Via the "SENSIT (MIC)" menu, reduce
the microphone sensitivity.
Via the "SENSIT (LINE)" menu, reduce
the line sensitivity.
Set transmitter and receiver to a
different channel.
The technical expert must release the
channel.
