Check
A) Valve-to-regulator hose connection (1).
B) Valve-to-outside burner gas line connection (2).
C) Valve-to-inside burner gas line connection (3).
m WARNING: If there is a leak at connection (1, 2, or 3)
retighten the fitting with a spanner and recheck for
leaks with soap-and-water solution. If a leak persists
after re-tightening the fitting, turn off the gas. DO NOT
OPERATE THE BARBECUE. Contact the Customer Service
Representative in your area using the contact information on
our web site. Log onto www.weber.com
D) Regulator-to-cylinder connection (4).
m WARNING: If there is a leak at connection (4), remove
LP cylinder. Do not operate barbecue. Use a different LP
cylinder and recheck for leaks with soap-and-water solution.
If a leak persists after changing the LP cylinder, turn OFF
the gas. DO NOT OPERATE THE BARBECUE. Contact the
Customer Service Representative in your area using the
contact information on our web site.

E) Hose-to-regulator connection (5).
m WARNING: If there is a leak at connection (5) turn OFF
the gas. DO NOT OPERATE THE BARBECUE. Contact the

contact information on our web site.

When leak checks are complete, turn gas supply OFF at the source and rinse
connections with water.
Note: Since some leak test solutions, including soap and water, may be slightly
corrosive, all connections should be rinsed with water after checking for leaks.
