Troubleshooting

To help avoid serious injury from splashing fluid, never
open a camlock hose or applicator fitting while there is
pressure in the fluid line. See Pressure Relief Proce-
dure, page 12.
Problem
Does not operate
Output low on both strokes
Output low on down-stroke
Output low on up-stroke
Erratic accelerated speed
Cycles or fails to hold pressure at

Poor finish or irregular spray pattern

2. Check all possible problems, causes, and solutions

Air motor pilot valve (211) is faulty
Valve closed or clogged
Fluid hose or applicator obstructed
Dried fluid on displacement rod or
inlet ball
Air motor parts dirty, worn, or dam-
aged
Airline restricted or air supply inade-
quate; valves closed or clogged.

hose internal diameter too small
Open or worn intake valve

to air motor. Operate motor directly
with air regulator (210).

inlet ball moves freely.
