Deactivating the HTTP proxy

Make sure that the HTTP Proxy
be deactivated so that your Web browser can access your Gigaset SE551 WLAN dsl/
cable's configuration pages.
The following section describes the procedure for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
First decide which browser you are using and then follow the appropriate steps.
Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer and click on End. Click on Tools and then on Internet
Options.

In the Internet Options window click on the Connections tab.

Click on Settings.

Deactivate all options in the Settings for local network (LAN) window.

Click on OK and then OK again to close the Internet Options window.
Mozilla Firefox

Open Mozilla Firefox. Click on Tools and then on Settings.

In the Settings window, click on Connection Settings... .
