Possible causes
Functions may have been added or re-
moved by your Service Provider via the
SIM card.

Wrong Windows infrared driver.
Possible remedy
Remove battery and SIM and insert them again. Do not dismantle the phone.
Remove and dry the battery and SIM card. Dry immediately with a cloth; do not use
heat. Dry connector contacts thoroughly. Stand unit upright in a current of air. Do
not dismantle the phone.

Check with your Service Provider.
