Speed dialling keys

Number keys 2 to 9 can be used as
speed dialling numbers for fast
access. For available key assignments
see p. 86. Number key 1 is reserved
for the mailbox number (p. 37).
Change
In standby mode:
Press a number key (2- 9).
If the key is not yet
J
assigned:
Press.

Or
Press briefly (if
§New SMS§
assigned, for example).
Scroll to application in the
§Change§
list.
Special case
Pick out a name from the
Phonebook for assignment
to the key.
Special case Bookmarks.
Scroll to a URL in the
bookmark list for
assignment to the key.
Confirm setting.
§Select§
is
New SMS
Phone number.
Fast access key
Apply
Select a stored phone number or
start a stored application (e. g.
SMS).
In standby mode:
Press briefly.

is displayed above the control key
(right) e.g.:
Press down.

Menu speed dialling

All menu functions are numbered
internally. A function may be
selected directly by entering these
numbers in sequence.
