Silent alert

To avoid the disturbance caused by a
ringing phone, you can activate the
silent alert function as an alternative.
The silent alert can also be activated
in addition to the ring tone (e.g. in
noisy environments). This function
is deactivated when the battery is
being charged.
The silent alert is activated if the
highest volume is set for the ring
tone. This is to remind you not to
hold the phone to your ear when ringing
in order to avoid damaging your
hearing.
