Category 3 - Call Handling - Alternate Ring Time
11.3.13 - Call Handling - Alternate Ring Time - To
determine the time a call will ring at the attendant's
station before it simultaneously rings at the alter-
nate attendant's station, press the F3 softkey, "Chg,"
and enter the new time. The range of valid entries is
10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 - 60 seconds.
Default: The alternate ring time is 30 seconds.

11.3.14 - Call Handling - SLT Hookflash - To pro-
gram the lower and upper recognition window for a
hookflash from a single line telephone, press the F3
softkey, "Show," to enter the programming.

The "Start" field determines the minimum valid
hookflash duration for a single line telephone. A
hookflash that is shorter than the value will be
ignored by the system. This number is always less
than the End Time. The range of valid entries is 60 -
100 - 200 - 300 - 400 - 500 - 600 - 700 - 800 - 900 - 1000
- 1100 - 1200 - 1300 - 1400 milliseconds.
Default: The default minimum duration is 200ms.

hookflash that is longer than this time will register
as on-hook and cause a disconnect. This number is
always greater than the Start Time. The range of
valid entries is 100 - 200 - 300 - 400 - 500 - 600 - 700 -
800 - 900 - 1000 - 1100 - 1200 - 1300 - 1400 - 1500 mil-
liseconds.
Default: The default maximum duration is 800.
