The settings indicated by the "O"
symbols are the factory default
settings.
Power interruption
If the power to the VCR has failed
or has been disconnected for
more than 1 hour, the VCR
display shows "-: --".
However,the tuner preset
memory and the VCR Setup
memory will not be erased. So
there is no need to retune the
VCRstations,
The date, time and recording
information regarding future
recordings should be reset,
First refer to"-
Clock
setting" on page 6, to set the
clock (date and time), then, the
timer recording programmed
should be set again as desired.

OFF:
To record the normal sound (FM mono).

3. CHILD LOCK
Child lock function
ON:
No image will appear on the TV screen and the
sound is muted.
O OFF: The child lock function is not engaged.
