ANSWER A CALL
Incoming calls will ring and a green light will
flash beside the line appearance.
You may answer a call one of the following ways:
•
Lift the handset and begin speaking.
•
Press the Speaker button and begin
speaking hands free.
•
Press the line key where the call is ringing.
•
Press the [Answer] soft key.
MAKE A CALL
You may place a call one of the following ways:
•
Lift the handset and begin dialing.
•
Simply begin dialing without lifting the
handset to activate the speakerphone.
•
Press the Speaker button and begin dialing.
INTERNAL DIALING
(within the office)
Dial the 4-digit extension number
EXTERNAL DIALING
(outside the office)
Local within your area (All of CT)
9 + Area Code + 7 Digits
Long Distance (Outside CT)
9 + 1 + Area Code + 7 Digits
Toll Free
(800, 888, 887, 886, 885 area codes)
9 + 1 + 800 + 7 Digits
International

ACCESS FROM YOUR OWN OFFICE EXTENSION
Press the Message button (looks like
an envelope).
ACCESS FROM OTHER THAN YOUR EXTENSION
1. Dial the Access Number: 860-713-MAIL
(860-713-6245) from outside the office, or
MAIL (6245) from any other office extension.
2. When the system answers, press
by your 11-digit extension: (ie: 18607136xxx)
3. Enter your password.
