1. PRECAUTIONS

CAUTION
As the driver, you are responsible for your safety
and the safety of your passengers.
Please do not operate the system while driving.
Only operate the system only when the vehicle is
parked at a safe place and the parking brake en-
gaged.
The driver should not play / watch any video
sources and/or operate the unit's controls while
driving. Please note that watching video sources
and operating the unit while driving are prohibited
by law in some countries.
When driving please keep the Audio volume to a
level at which external sounds can be heard.
In the event that the unit's display does not dis-
play properly or the audio is inaudible, please stop
using the unit and immediately consult your near-
est authorized dealer or authorized service center
for this unit. Please do not disassemble or modify
this unit. It will void the unit's warranty and may
cause an accidental fire, or electric shock to the
user.
In the event that foreign materials is inserted in the
unit, or if the unit gets wet and emitting smoke or
strange smells, please stop using the unit imme-
diately and consult your nearest authorized dealer
or authorized service center. Using the unit in this
condition may cause an accidental fire or electric
shock to the user.
When replacing the fuse, please replace fuses
with the same recommended specification. Using
a fuse with a different specification may cause a
fire.
If the unit requires to be removed or reinstalled,
please consult the nearest authorized dealer or
authorized service center for this unit. The installa-
tion or removal of the unit requires an experienced
skilled professional.

2. CAUTIONS ON HANDLING

Operation Panel
Please observe the following cautions.
The units touch screen panel is designed to op-
erate properly in the temperature range of 0˚ to
60˚C.
In extremely cold weather, the unit's display may
refresh slower or display darker than normal, this
is not a malfunction. The unit's display will return
to normal when the internal temperature is back to
the normal operating temperature.
Please do not let any liquids to flow into the unit,
as it may damage the internal circuitry and pos-
sibly cause a fire.
Please do not place lit cigarettes near the units's
display. Doing so may damage the display or
cause a fire
There may be small black and shiny spots inside
the liquid crystal display panel. This is normal for
LCD products.
USB Port
Only USB memory sticks recognized as "USB
mass storage class" will work properly in the unit
In the event that a USB memory stick's data is
lost or damaged when used in the unit, the unit's
manufacturer shall not be liable for the loss or
damage.
It is recommend that the USB memory stick data
is backed up before use in the unit
If the USB memory stick is unreadable, please try
removing and reinserting the USB memory stick
Do not connect this unit's USB port to any exter-
nal computer.
