5-1-1 Recognition
This machine has the function to recognize by the number registered to the recognition device as a
reference number.
1. Shape set recognition (board recognition, package teaching <mask recognition>)
When the object to be recognized has following shapes, set each size to use it.
• Reference No. 125
• Reference No. 126
The pattern matching recognition are used for the board recognition of this machine.
The good point of pattern matching is that the size of mark is not limited. For example, even only
the part of mark can be recognized.

2. 1-point block match recognition
Even when the recognition object (mark) has a complex shape and the outline of it is not clear, or
when the recognition object is too large to be in the recognition screen, the recognition is available.

: Lamp value is automatically set.
: Lamp value is set by hand.
∗ When the color contrast of mark and background of it is not clear like the paper phenol
board, it is used. (When the contract is not clear and the lamp can not be automatically
decided, use this.)

• Even the board without recognition mark can
recognize the board pattern.
However, it may be difficult to recognize,
depending upon the surface of pattern.
