Problem
It is diffi cult to hear the
master station ringtone
or speaker from the
video door station.
Communication is
interrupted or mostly
not possible to be
heard.

Cause
Ambient noise may make it
diffi cult to hear.
Is your hand covering the
(internal) antenna section
on the rear surface of the
master station?
Are the master station and
video door station too far or
is there a concrete wall or
other obstacle between the
master station and video
door station?
Are there loud noises
around?
The receive volume may be
set too low.
Is the master station in
Demonstration Mode?
Is PTT communication on?
Are there loud noises on the
other party's side?
The video door station
speaker volume may be set
too low.
Is "Video Door Station
Settings" - "Door Monitoring
Settings" of the master
station confi gured to
"Disable"?
Is the remaining battery level
of the video door station
low?
Are the master station and
video door station too far or
is there a concrete wall or
other obstacle between the
master station and video
door station?
Is "Video Door Station
Settings" - "Night Illumination
LED" - "During Call/
Communication" of the
master station confi gured to
"Disable"?
Solution
Adjust the master station ringtone volume,
master station speaker volume, and video
door station speaker volume as needed.
Remove your hand from the antenna
section.
Move the master station and video door
station closer to each other or move the
master station to a location without any
obstacles.
Switching to PTT communication makes
talking easier.
Adjust the receive volume.
Set "Display Mode" of the master station to
"Normal".
During PTT communication, the other
person can hear your voice only when
is being pressed.
Switching to PTT communication makes
talking easier.
Adjust the video door station speaker
volume.
Change "Video Door Station Settings" -
"Door Monitoring Settings" of the master
station to "Enable".
Check the remaining battery level.
Move the master station and video door
station closer to each other or move the

"Night Illumination LED" - "During Call/
