Cannot receive calls
Try to make a call in order to check that the phone and the network are operational. Check and deactivate the permanent
call forwarding (permanent call forwarding icon displayed). Check and deactivate the incoming calls restriction when
necessary. If the problem persists, please contact your customer service.
Poor network reception during a call
Avoid placing your fingers on the bottom of the phone, where the antenna is integrated: this obstructs the antenna.
Impossible to send a message
Check that your SIM card does offer this service. Try to make a call in order to check that the phone and the network are
operational.
Check if the voice mail number is properly configured. To do so, go to the Messages menu, select Options, select
SMS/Message center and check the number. Otherwise, enter the number of your operator's message center.
No voice mail
Check that your subscription does offer this service.
Program the call to be forwarded to your voicemail using the information provided by the operator.
The operator name does not appear on screen
Go to the Settings menu, select Networks, then Selection. Wait until the operator appears, select it and validate.
If the operator Logo menu is present (depending on the model), activate the display (Settings/Display/Operator logo).
How can I optimize the performance of my phone?
Activate the saver mode (see Settings/Display/Energy saving). Deactivate the Bluetooth
are not required.
No Wi-Fi association
Refer to the access point manual to set the access point to "Association" mode and consult the installation
recommendations.
gray icon permanently
The phone cannot associate with a Wi-Fi access point. Check the association key and the association settings.
red icon permanently
Problem between the Wi-Fi access point and the network. Check the network settings.
