3. Configuring Local Computer to Access the Wireless Router
Option A: Using DHCP
On the IP Address tab, enable Obtain an IP address
automatically and then click OK.
Then an IP address will be automatically assigned to your
computer.
Option B: Using Fixed IP Address
Select Use the following IP address and enter these
settings:
•
IP address: 192.168.2.x (x is between 2 and 254)
•
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
•
Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1
