Configuring a Layer 2 Virtual Forwarding Instance
• Use the pw-id keyword to configure the pseudowire ID and ID value. The range is 1 to 4294967295.
Step 7
Use the commit or end command.
commit - Saves the configuration changes and remains within the configuration session.
end - Prompts user to take one of these actions:
• Yes - Saves configuration changes and exits the configuration session.
• No - Exits the configuration session without committing the configuration changes.
• Cancel - Remains in the configuration mode, without committing the configuration changes.

Associating a Virtual Forwarding Instance to a Bridge Domain

Perform this task to associate a VFI to be a member of a bridge domain.

2. l2vpn
3. bridge group bridge group name
4. bridge-domain bridge-domain name
5. vfi { vfi name }
6. neighbor { A.B.C.D } { pw-id value }
7. static-mac-address { MAC-address }
8. Use the commit or end command.

l2vpn
