SETTING UP THE SHOOTING FUNCTION
°· DATE/TIME
°§The date and time can be selected. This will allow you to put the date and
time on your photos.
¶_If you press the ENTER button after selecting the date and time, the date
and time will be displayed on the LCD monitor.
Select the date and time icon and then press Enter. You will then be able to

enter the date and time with the 4 directional buttons. Once you have
completed this press Enter again and you will return to the date/time screen.
The date and time will now have been updated.
¶_Once Enter has been press the seconds will start counting from 0.

This camera will automatically correct the date when a leap year occurs.

Note
¶UAfter removing the battery the date and time function will remain
active for about 1 hour.
¶UIf the camera is left without a battery inserted for an hour or more
you will need to reset the date and time.

Setting the video output
You can set up the Video output sign from the camera in NTSC or
PAL type depending on the type of the outer machine (monitor or
TV, etc.) connected. Select a type that suits the Video type of the
outer monitor. PAL mode can support only BDGHI type.

When you select VIDEO, the following screen is displayed on LCD
panel.

Press the Enter button after you select the Video output type you
want.
If you press the MENU button after setup, "setup MENU" frame is

cancelled.
