SETTING UP THE SHOOTING FUNCTION
S Y S T E M
Change the set status in the SYSTEM menu screen by using the 4 direction
moving buttons.
°· B EEP
(buzzer sound)
If the beep is set to on, you can confirm the camera's working status
according to the button sound. There will be a warning sound if a card
disorder occurs and a continuous beep when the self timer is counting.
°§The Buzzer will sound when any button is pressed. When a button is
pressed for an available mode a beep will sound to signify that the camera is
working.
¶_When you press a button, this buzzer will sound once.
¶_When you turn the mode dial, the buzzer will sound twice.
°§Self Timer Buzzer
°§After approximately 10 seconds after pressing the shutter button there will
be a long beep which will mean that the Self Timer about to take a picture.
¶_For approximately the first 7 seconds the count will be heard at 1 second
intervals
¶_During the remaining approximate 3 seconds the count will be heard at
1/2 second intervals.

°§Warning sound of a card
There are circumstances when no warning sound will be heard:
¶_When you take out a memory card.
¶_When there is no available space for images on the memory card.
¶_Pushing the shutter button or turning the mode dial when the memory
card has not been formatted or when there is no memory left on the
memory card.
°§When you turn on the power
It sounds the power button sensor(beep~!) regardless of the setup of buzzer
operation .
°· P WR OFF
(Power off)
This function switches the camera off after a set amount of time to prevent
unnecessary battery drainage.
°§Automatic power off time can be set at any 1 minute interval, from 0 to 10
minutes .
¶_If automatic power off is set to 0 this function will not work.
°§However, the automatic power interception does not work during the slide
show if you use computer-connecting(
°· LCD BRT
(LCD brightness adjustment)
This function allows you to control the brightness of the LCD.
°§You can choose from 7 levels of brightness.
