Cleaning the Roller and Thermal Head

To keep your machine working properly, occasionally clean the roller and thermal print
head, as shown below. If they are dirty, documents will not be clear.

Turn the power off. Open
the paper cover by lifting
the release button.

Remove the guide and
the recording paper roll.

Wipe the roller and the
thermal head with a soft
cloth dampened with
water.

Replace the guide and the
recording paper.
5
Close the cover firmly.
Turn the power back on.
