Press the + or – button to select [to

Folder] or [by E-mail].

[to Folder]:
The dictation file will be sent to the folder
specified in ODMS.
[by E-mail]:
Addresses which had been previously
registered will be displayed. Select the
address which you wish to send to. E-mail
addresses can be registered in ODMS, or from
the recorder by selecting [Device Menu] >
[by E-mail] > [Delivery address] > [Add].
