Tap Menu > New Task.

Enter details for the task.
To set a reminder for the task, tap the due field and set a due date. Next, tap
the reminder field, select Remind me, and then specify the time and date of
the reminder.
When you are finished, tap OK.

Mark a task as completed
After completing a task, tap Start, on the Office screen, tap Tasks, and tap
the check box next to the task name. Once you have marked a task
complete, you will no longer receive any scheduled reminders for that task.
Calculator
Use the calculator to perform basic mathematical calculations. To perform
a calculation,
Tap Start or press the Menu key.
