Change the synchronization schedule
If you routinely synchronize your data via an Exchange server, you can
configure settings for both peak and off-peak schedules. To change the
synchronization schedules,
Tap Start or press the Menu key.

On the Internet screen, tap ActiveSync.

Tap Menu > Schedule...

Set the following options:

Peak times
•
Off-peak times
•
hours
Use above settings when roaming
•
schedules even when roaming
: set the frequency of synchronizations during peak hours
: set the frequency of synchronizations during off-peak
: set to use the synchronization
