On the World Clock tab, tap New.

Tap
to open a list of cities.
Tap Name or Time to sort the list by name or timezone.

Tap a city.
Tap Done.

Tap Set as Home Clock to reset the time zone (if necessary).

Tap Done.

Use the stopwatch
Tap Start or press the Menu key.

On the My Menu screen, tap Clock.

On the Stop watch tab, tap Start.

Tap Lap to record lap times.

When you are finished, tap Stop.

Tap Reset to clear the recorded times.
