Update your podcast library
Once you have subscribed to podcasts ( p. 112), you can easily update
your library to listen to the latest episodes. To update your podcast library,
Tap Start or press the Menu key.

On the Internet screen, tap Podcast.

Tap Update.

Tap podcasts you want to update.
