Parking sensor system on and off
*1 : Models with the keyless access system have an ENGINE START/STOP button instead of an ignition
switch.

With the ignition switch in ON

on when the system is on.
The front corner sensors start to detect an
obstacle when the shift lever is in any position
other than ( P or ( R , and the vehicle speed is
less than 8 km/h (5 mph).
The front corner, rear corner and rear centre
sensors start to detect an obstacle when the
shift lever is in ( R , and the vehicle speed is less
