Digital Zoom

The images optically magnified by the lens can be electronically magnified up to a maximum 180 times.
PRECHECK!
Select the Video record (
1. Touch the Menu (
submenu item.
2. To exit the menu, touch the Return (
Submenu items
• Off: Disables the digital zoom function. Only optical zoom and
Intelli-zoom are available.
• On: Enables higher digital zoom magnification.
• The resolution and quality of the optically magnified image may deteriorate as
the image is digitally magnified.
• You cannot magnify an image with the digital zoom while taking photos.
• When you specify "Digital Zoom: On," "Face Detection" is set to "Off"
automatically.

Self Timer

When the self-timer is enabled, there is a time delay of 2 or 10 seconds before recording starts.
You can record or take photos of yourself.
