Problem
Cannot perform
Remote
photography or
Download
pictures.
Wi-Fi is
disconnected and
the Wi-Fi
connection
prompt is
displayed again.
File cannot be
played back.
Cannot edit
image.
Enable Wi-Fi on the smart device.
If you cannot perform Remote photography or
Download pictures even after pairing and establishing a
Wi-Fi connection, you may be able to solve the problem
with the operations below:
- Switch the tabs in SnapBridge 360/170.
- Exit and launch SnapBridge 360/170 again.
- Unpair, remove the device, and then re-pair.
Wi-Fi may get disconnected in the situations below. Follow
the on-screen instructions to establish a Wi-Fi connection
again.
Switching to a tab other than the c Camera tab.
Being nearby a device that generates strong
electromagnetic radiation.
This app may not be able to play back images saved with
another make or model of digital camera.
This app cannot play back movies recorded with another
make or model of digital camera.
This app may not be able to play back data edited on a
computer.
Some images cannot be edited.
This app is unable to edit images captured with other
cameras.
