Removal and Replacement
Installation:
1. Slide the Media Sensor & Cable Assembly into the Printer.
2. Replace the Outer Bearing Plate and start, but do not tighten the Screw.
3. Ensure that the Leveling Cam is loose, and then close and latch the Printhead Assembly.
4. While pushing down on the Printhead Assembly, as shown, pull down on the Outer Bearing Plate and
tighten the Screw.

5. Connect the Media Sensor Cable to its appropriate connector on the Main PCB.
6. Re-install the side covers (see Section 4.0).
