Satphone antenna must have a clear view of

Antenna must be locked into place. Rotate
antenna 45 degrees to the top of the satphone

"House" Icon
Proper positioning is the "10 o'clock" or

Wait for satphone to register.
Menu Key
A "house" icon will appear in the bottom
center of the display when registered.
Do not attempt to place a call if the satphone does
not register and have signal bars.
Add Number
You may "force register" the satphone by pressing the
to Memory
up arrow key followed by the number "8".
Optimal signal strength is 3 bars or more, shown in
Up Arrow Key
