If you press the [REHEARSAL] button once again
during the specified Rehearsal Time, the
recording level will be set according to the
maximum volume that was input up to that
point.
If you're recording music such as an instrumental
or vocal performance, you should play the
loudest portion of the song.

Setting the Mic Sensitivity

Set the rear panel [MIC GAIN] switch to adjust the mic
sensitivity appropriately for the loudness of the
sound you're recording.

H is high sensitivity, and L is low sensitivity. Use the L
setting when recording loud sounds, and the H
setting when recording soft sounds.
