Remedy
The disc in the printer tray cannot be picked up. Turn off the
power, and then turn it on again. (The administrator user
number and PIN must be entered to turn off the power.) If the
same error message still appears, repair is required. Please
contact Customer Support.
The arm cannot pick up the disc in the stacker.
If the ERROR LED is flashing, fan the discs of Stacker 1 well,
and reload the discs.
If the ERROR LED is flashing, turn the product off and then
back on again. (The administrator user number and PIN must
be entered to turn off the power.) If the same error message
still appears, repair is required. Please contact Epson
Information Center.
The arm cannot release the disc.
Do not remove the disc by hand. This could damage the
arm. Turn off the power of the product, and then turn it on
again. During the initialization operation of the product, the
arm releases the disc. If the same error message still
appears, repair is required. Please contact Customer
Support.
Press the
button or CANCEL button to remove all discs
remaining in Stacker 2, and then turn off the power. The
power cannot be turned off when a published disc is left
inside the product.
-When the drive tray does not come out-
Turn off the power, and then turn it on again. If the drive trays
still does not come out, see "Drive tray does not come out"
on page 138 in this guide. If the same error message appears
again, repair is required. Please contact Customer Support.
-When the drive tray does not close-
Remove any remaining discs, turn off the power, and then
turn on the power again. If the same error message still
appears, repair is required. Please contact Customer
Support.

Close the ink cartridge cover.
This product is currently operating.
