Brief Check of POWER MODULE
Usually, they are in a state of being short-circuited if they are broken.
Measure the resistance in the following points (connectors, etc.).
If they are short-circuited, it means that they are broken.
1. Check of POWER MODULE
1 Check of DIODE circuit
R - P1 , S - P1 , R - N1 , S - N1
2 Check of IGBT circuit
P2 - L1 , P2 - L2 , P2 - L3 , N2 - L1 , N2 - L2 , N2 - L3
3 Check of INVERTER circuit
P3 - U , P3 - V , P3 - W , N3 - U , N3 - V , N3 - W
Note: The marks R , S , L1 , L2 , L3 , P1 , P2 , P3 , N1 , N2 , N3 , U , V and W
shown in the diagram are not actually printed on the board.
