To restore the ME setting:
(1) Turn off the board and unplug the power cable
(2) Short the header on J1D2 with a jumper for a few seconds (that is, connect pin 1
and pin 2), then disconnect the jumper on that header. Remember that this header is
not shorted with a jumper by default.
(3) Turn on the board
