Approaching and departing a contour
Departing in a straight line perpendicular to the last
contour point: DEP LN
The tool moves on a straight line from the last contour point P
the end point P
. The line departs on a perpendicular path from the
N
last contour point P
plus the tool radius.
Program the last contour element with the end point P
radius compensation
Initiate the dialog with the APPR/DEP key and DEP LN soft key:
LEN: Enter the distance of the end point P
Remember: always enter LEN as a positive value!
